Office Policies Regarding Fee and Insurance Coverage

Our Fee Policy is as follows;
Your extended insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. This office does not collect payment directly from these companies with the exception of ICBC and WCB. Our office will issue a receipt for you to send to your insurance company.

  • The Medical Services Plan of BC (MSP) covers all therapies for a maximum of 10 visits per calendar year if under premium assistance.
  • Payments for services are due at the time of treatment.
    (Payment can be made by cheque, debit, Visa or cash)
  • $35.00 will be charged for missed appointments or short notice cancellations. Please notify the office to reschedule an appointment at least one day in advance.

 

Patient Policy

  • Once a specific appointment is given to you, please keep it. Chiropractic adjustments build on each other and your results will depend on your commitment to your treatment schedule.
  • If an emergency arises and you must cancel your appointment, kindly give us 24 hrs notice so we can reschedule it as soon as possible to keep you on your treatment schedule.

  • Prepare for your treatment by removing any restrictive clothing such as ties, jackets and belts as well as jewelry, hair clips, keys and wallets.

  • Bring your patient chart to the front desk when your treatment is completed, where you will either make your next appointment or be given a reminder of the next one on your schedule.
